What a lovely place! Lots of room for all 3 couples! One of the bathrooms is in the lowest floor, but each bedroom gets their own which is lovely when traveling in couples. Very well appointed, lots of nice amenities and right in the middle of St Ives. Walk everywhere. Eat everything, see all the art. Go to every pub. (Especially the Pilchard Press). Perfect place to stay if you’re a big group. No complaints, only compliments.

Fantastic cottage right in the heart of everything deceivingly big inside plenty of room for six adults and two dogs extremely clean would love to buy it!

Right in the centre of St Ives, this cottage is perfect for exploring the area and not using the car. Great host and Fab cottage.

From start to finish, the communication with Clair was very clear and quick. A great host who even left some treats! The home is situated perfectly - walking distance from the promenade, restaurants and local stores, while still being able to get some peace and quiet in the evening. Would definitely recommend and stay again 🙂

Great location, Family really nice very helpful couldn’t do enough for us either a walk around the coastal route or at walk down the hill into St Ives which is beautiful wished we could have stayed longer 😀

TOP campsite! Family-run, very well-kept pitches (gravel and grass), water and drainage on the pitch, and a clothesline on the pitch. Always clean and well-maintained restrooms, like bathrooms at home, with high-quality fixtures. Washing machine and dryer. Views of the valley, and in the evenings, the cows returning from the pastures would pass by just a few meters from us. 😍 We planned to stay two nights, but instead we stayed four!

Great campsite with a lot of love. The grass around the pitches appears to have been cut with nail clippers, the gravel pitches are flat.
Just from the site, you can get to the Coast Path in just a few minutes and walk all the way to St Ives and then back through the town.
Really great, worth every penny

Fabulous campsite. Everything we wanted from a campsite in St Ives. It was quiet, very clean, and a 25 min walk along the road from St Ives centre which had a pavement all the way. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place, modern and trendy fit out, Well kept site, garden lawns mowed with stripes, and the smell of freshly cut grass when we arrived. Fast WiFi- TVs work perfect, BBQs allowed, list goes on! ( all positive)

We will be back, owners are nice and helpful. Giving you great knowledge of the area & local attractions, offer help with anything needed, lovely couple, 10/10 for price and location. Simple taxi ride into town if you’re feeling lazy with handful of drivers available or 10 mins walk in town, 20 mins coastal path. Thanks again.

A beautiful, small campsite in Cornwall. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant: right on the Coast Path, not far from St. Ives.

We have stayed in our campervan numerous times on the site but with a newborn we decided to stay in the self catering cottage on site instead. Sunset Cottage was perfect for us and the dogs, it has an enclosed garden and coastal path nearby. The cottage itself was very well equipped, clean, and was very comfortable on a very rainy day to stay in and it felt like home. Would highly recommend and will be returning 👍

Camped for the first time here as part of my honeymoon and it was fabulous! Lovely clean site, wonderful view, great facilities and the owners were polite and friendly! I will definitely be visiting again :)
