As you step into the central hallway, you'll be greeted by a modern, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those who love to cook. From the hallway, you'll enter the spacious open plan living and dining room. Here, a magnificent marble dining table and elegant high-backed chairs await, providing an irresistible option for dining in style. The generous leather sofa offers ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. And if you step through the double doors, you'll find yourself on a lovely terrace, where you can enjoy the outdoors and take in the beautiful surroundings.
As you make your way to the first floor, you'll discover four luxurious bedrooms, each adorned with a unique colour palette and featuring the finest beds and bedding for your utmost comfort. The Master bedroom boasts a super kingsize bed and ensuite, while bedroom two offers a king bed and ensuite. Bedrooms three and four both have king zip-link beds, which can be set as twins as required. Additionally, there's a family bathroom and a ground floor WC for your convenience.

Where to begin? This is a stunning property. The whole building was immaculately presented and spotlessly clean. All four bedrooms contained extremely comfortable beds with very nice bed linen. The master room had great views that were mirrored down stairs from the lounge. A top rate kitchen, lovely dining room and useful utility provided loads of space for the seven of us. It served as a great base for St Ives, once parked, we could walk into town as and when we needed.

The headline for this apartment starts with the word "Stunning...". In this instance, not an exaggeration!! The gorgeous pics you see are exactly what we saw on entering, including that beautiful view. New, high-end appliances & fittings throughout. (frankly, it looked like the 2 ovens have never seen any actual cooking!). All the living spaces were very spacious & spotless. The location is surprisingly quiet for such a busy seaside town. A 10 to 15 minute walk to the St. Ives 'boardwalk' area. It was a real bonus to have onsite parking (spaces are at a real premium in this town). We had a very minor issue one evening. We had a car issue on the morning of checkout and Clair even assisted with the phone number of a local mechanic! There were 2 couples and one single in my group and everyone loved our stay. Price may look high, but it is well worth the money!

Clair was very helpful right from the beginning; nothing seemed like too much trouble. The place was absolutely stunning with wonderful views. The photos on Airbnb do not do it justice, especially the master bedroom. Perfect stay, would highly recommend & would love to stay again.
